Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

Payroll is built for more than one country. Tax rates, limits and rules are settings with a start date, not numbers fixed in the software. Your payroll team updates them without waiting for us.

What it does

  • Payroll preview and payslips

    Preview payroll for a period and see payslip drafts for each employee. Paying a live run is switched on for your company once its tax settings are checked.

  • Arrears

    Back-dated changes are carried into the next run as arrears.

  • Multi-currency

    Pay people in more than one currency from the same account.

  • Tax and legal values you edit

    Tax rules for end-of-service pay, unused-leave payouts and other legal values are settings with a start date, not fixed in the software.

  • Year-end tax-form exports

    Prepare year-end tax-form exports from your country’s starting settings. Available once live payroll is switched on for your company.

  • Payroll journals for accounting

    Create the accounting journal for each pay run, once live payroll is switched on for your company. Direct links to accounting software are planned.

  • Compensation planning

    Plan pay rises based on performance and run regular salary reviews.

  • Benefits and claims

    Benefits enrollment, reimbursements and expense claims with approvals.

Payroll is in active development. Parts of the payroll output are not yet enabled in early-access builds.
