After your 30-day free trial you choose a plan, or the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days and is then deleted — we email you before either happens.

Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Team, Growth and Scale each start with a 30-day free trial of that plan — no card needed. Free has no trial because it is free forever for up to 5 employees. Enterprise starts with a guided pilot that we plan with you.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- After 30 days you choose a plan and carry on. If you don’t, the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days — you can still sign in and export your data — and is then deleted. We email you before either happens.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan as your headcount changes, or cancel anytime. You can export your data before you go.
- Monthly or annual billing?
- Monthly is billed each month. Annual is billed once a year and works out about 20% cheaper. Use the Monthly / Annual switch above the plans to see both.
- Are these the final prices?
- These are our early-access prices. Subscribe while we are in early access and your price is locked for 12 months. If prices change later, we tell you before anything changes for you.
- What currency are prices in?
- Prices are per month for the whole company, not per employee, and exclude applicable taxes. Amounts in other currencies are approximate; we confirm your billing currency before you pay anything.
- Is my data safe, and can I export it?
- Your data is yours. You can export it whenever you like, including during the read-only period after a trial or a cancellation. The Security page explains how we protect it.
- Can we run Ergenza on our own servers?
- Yes, on the Enterprise plan — this is called on-premise. Every other plan runs on our cloud. It is the same product either way.
